A ¾ Crush Grey Ice, Available in 40lb bags or in Bulk. Used for everything from ground cover to pathways, however not suitable for ponds because of it’s alkaline property.

Quartzite (from German Quarzit) is a hard metamorphic rock which was originally sandstone. Sandstone is converted into quartzite through heating and pressure usually related to tectonic compression within orogenic belts. Pure quartzite is usually white to grey, though quartzites often occur in various shades of pink and red due to varying amounts of iron oxide (Fe2O3). Mostly weathered and lichen covered, these pieces are carefully selected for outstanding character and colour. Truly heirloom stones.
Each piece is selected for unusual colour and texture. Pieces range from smooth, clean quarried surfaces and some weathered surfaces with a patina of lichen growth. Colour ranges from gold-rust , off-white through silver-gray and weathered gray and tend to be blocky to rectangular with many large, flat slabs available.
Rectangular shapes for benches, table bridges, stair treads, driving stones. Smooth top and bottom with smooth natural cleft edges typical of our Ledge Stone. Thickness ranges approx 4 inch to 8 inch, lengths 4 feet to 6 feet.
The shape of these stones is random, like flagstone, and average size range in from minimum of 12 inch by 12 inch to 18 inch to 18 inch with a few pieces being larger. 1.5 to 3 inches is perfect for sand beds. Lots of natural straight edges make these stone easy to work with and ideal for narrow garden paths of other application requiring straight edges. Theses stones will endure a lifetime.
Is a light rose-purple coloured igneous rock with black or dark banding. Great for water features or accent rock. Can be polished for jewellery.
Available in ¾ inch, this product is a ¾ crush with crusher fines. Will pack down great. Ideal for Driveways or Pathways.
HILLSIDE STONE & GARDEN Super Compost Is a straight yard and garden compost. With it’s superior blend of both high nitrogen and weed free product it ensures great fertilization. Turning old depleted or heavy clay soil into rich organic high producing soil. This Compost is also great for top dressing or mulching flower or garden beds.
HILLSIDE STONE & GARDEN SuperSoil is blended on site. It is a compost base soil with washed sand (weed free). SuperSoil is a high nutrient soil. It is great for rejuvenating and top dressing lawns, and is ideal for heavy feeding plants such as roses and annuals. SuperSoil also produces rich green lawns in a short period of time.
